- Conduct legal analysis of security incidents, violations, and potential criminal acts within International Green Industrial Park (IGIP)
- Provide legal opinions and recommendations to the Security Department and management
- Prepare legal reports, incident chronologies, and supporting legal documents for reporting to law enforcement authorities
- Coordinate and liaise with police, prosecutors, and relevant government institutions
- Support internal investigations by reviewing evidence, witness statements, and legal documentation
- Ensure all security actions, investigations, and responses comply with Indonesian laws and regulations
- Monitor case progress and report legal risks and case status updates to management
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Legal Officer or Legal Specialist, preferably handling criminal, security, or industrial-related cases
- Strong understanding of Indonesian criminal law and criminal procedure law
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred
- Prior experience working in the same or similar industry (metal processing, industrial park, heavy industry) is highly preferred
- Experience coordinating with law enforcement agencies is highly preferred
- Able to prepare legal analysis, legal opinions, and formal legal reports
- High integrity, strong analytical skills, and strict confidentiality awareness
- Willing to work full-time at IGIP site Morowali.
