Senior Consultant Payroll Outsourcing & Operations  

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions;
• Ensure accuracy and timely payroll disbursement in compliance with Singapore’s regulations;
• Stay updated with Singapore’s and Malaysia's labor laws, CPF contributions, IRAS regulations, and MOM guidelines;
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, including CPF submissions, tax filings (IR8A, IR21, AIS), and other labor regulations;
• Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies;
• Support new client onboarding, ensuring smooth transition and system setup;
• Provide expert guidance on payroll best practices and compliance;
• Utilize payroll software (SunFish) to process payroll efficiently;
• Generate payroll reports and analytics for clients and internal management;
• Maintain proper documentation of payroll transactions and ensure data confidentiality;
• Assist in payroll audits and internal/external financial reviews.

Job Specification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum five years of payroll experience, preferably in a payroll outsourcing;
• Strong knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia payroll laws, income tax regulations, and MOM guidelines;
• Experience with payroll software;
• Attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy;
• Ability to analyze payroll discrepancies and resolve issues effectively;
• Strong client management skills with the ability to explain payroll matters clearly;
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
• Ability to manage multiple client payrolls and meet strict deadlines;
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Experience in multi-country payroll processing is an advantage;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
