- Together with the management enhance, assess, and deliver new and existing ideas for company purposes.
- Create and manage HR calendar and timeline, based on management approvals.
- Plan, coordinate and manage all HR administrative functions of the organization.
- Performance management of all departments / employees.
- Training and self-improvement management to all new hires and/or existing employees.
- Serve as a consultant to assist and advise other managers on human resources issues
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
- Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or similar (preferably a master's degree).
- Relevant experience in an HR role for minimum of 5years.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong moral and ethical code.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Aware of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan rules, latest Undang-Undang Ciptaker rules and other governments regulations.
- Plus point if candidate is familiar to manually calculate PPH21 (employee tax).
