Job Description
- Manage organic marketing channel (SEO and Social Media) and lead orchestration of both channels for all markets for 3Dolphins to ensure optimization of organic strategy
- Manage anything about our product (3Dolphins) and primarily work with the marketing and sales team in deciding content that aligns with our plan and goals. As the content creator of the marketing output, you will work closely with visual designer to craft the effectiveness of your message.
- Responsible for development of roadmap and planning for organic marketing channels of SEO and Social Media
- Planning and executing Marketing activity plan including social media advertising, online and offline event.
- Work closely with Business Development Lead to ensure that Owned Media Strategy are aligned with BD Strategy execution
- Provide requirements and communicate requirements and resources needed based on evolving needs of organization
- Provide expertise learning path and groom team members to be experts in their field and always up to date with current trends
- Lead efforts to utilize data-driven methodology, analysis and measurement to improve effectiveness in all marketing channels within purview
- Build relationships with other functional areas to ensure we adopt all possible tools and best practices that is available across existing organization
- Analyze web traffic metrics;
- Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence;
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in Marketing, has deep knowledge and experience in Brand Management, Campaign Management, and Digital Marketing.
- Has strong analytical & strategic thinking competency.
- Using project management tools to monitor work progress.
- Bachelor in Communication Studies, Marketing Communication, or equivalent major, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
- Experience with content planning and graphic design (accustomed working with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects is a plus)
- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Creative and critical thinker
- Keen to learn, adaptable, and collaborate
- Familiar working with and able to optimize Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Optimize and analyze content considering SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
