- Prepare, review, negotiate, and revise any legal documents (agreements, confirmation letter, amendments/addendums, side letters, etc.) related to the company’s business;
- Conduct research and due diligence for the purposes of agreement drafting;
- Handle any day-to-day legal operations and contract matters of the assigned business units;
- Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of internal compliance policy, rules and SOP, and oversee the implementation process;
- Drafting and preparing Circular Resolutions In Lieu of General Meeting of Shareholders;
- Submitting regular reports (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semester, Yearly, incidental);
- Maintaining communication and working relationship with related supervision government bodies and industrial institutes, including BI, PPATK and/or related government;
- Constantly tracking the latest development of relevant regulations issued by the supervision of government bodies and industrial institutes, and timely analyzing and interpreting the latest updates thoroughly and sync with the compliance committee to ensure the management and operation teams well stay up-to-date;

Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Law (Min. with 4-6 years work experience),
- Experience with regulatory reporting as Service Payment Provider (PJP) (Bank Indonesia, PPATK, or industry -spesific reports) is highly preferred
- Experience in conducting due diligence & managing risk associated with compliance & reputation
- Strong understanding of local laws and regulations relevant to the industry
- Proficiency in english is a must
- Experience in drafting & reviewing contracts and any legal related documents
- High attention to detail, integrity and the ability to work under tight deadlines, excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
