Odoo Senior Developer  

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Developer / Technical Lead who can lead technical development, design scalable Odoo architectures, and support presales demos to help win ERP implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership
• Design technical architecture for Odoo ERP implementations
• Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules
• Conduct code reviews and ensure development best practices
• Optimize Odoo system and database performance
• Manage deployment to staging and production
• Mentor and guide junior developers

Solution Design

• Translate client business requirements into technical Odoo solutions
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants in system design
• Prepare technical solution architecture and implementation blueprint

Presales Support

• Participate in system demos for potential clients
• Explain technical approach and architecture
• Support sales discussions during technical meetings
• Provide strategic technical recommendations to help win projects

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years experience as an Odoo Developer
• Experience delivering at least 5 Odoo implementation projects
• Experience working as Senior Developer or Technical Lead
• Strong experience developing custom Odoo modules

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo ORM Framework, XML / QWeb, JavaScript (OWL / Odoo Web Client), REST API / system integrations
• Understanding of Odoo development concepts:

1. Custom module development
2. Model inheritance
3. Security & access control
4. Workflow automation
5. Scheduled actions / cron jobs
6. Queue jobs
7. Server actions

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following experience will be prioritized:

• Odoo Enterprise implementation
• Integration with systems such as Payment Gateways, Warehouse Systems, CRM, Mobile Applications
• Experience with Linux server environments, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience leading a developer team
