- Manage, maintain, and administer Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Perform database monitoring and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
- Handle basic ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support data integration.
- Administer and support Windows Server operating systems related to database environments.
- Perform database backup, restore, and recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot database and system-related issues.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and support teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with minimum 6 years of experience as an MS SQL Database Administrator, or Diploma Degree (D3) with minimum 9 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server administration and maintenance.
- Database monitoring, performance tuning, and query optimization.
- Backup, restore, disaster recovery, and high availability configuration.
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
- SQL scripting, indexing, and execution plan analysis.
- Database security management (users, roles, permissions).
- Troubleshooting database-related issues.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
