- Preparing and filing accurate and timely tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other relevant tax submissions
- Providing tax advisory services to the business, including identifying tax planning opportunities
- Conducting tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with the latest tax laws and regulations
- Liaising with tax authorities and responding to tax inquiries or audits
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date tax records and documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure tax compliance across the organisation
- Assisting with tax audits and responding to queries from tax authorities
- Staying informed of changes in tax laws and regulations, and updating internal processes accordingly
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant university degree in Taxation or accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a tax-related role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
- Proven experience in Tax Audit Handling, Tax Objections, and Tax Appeals is a plus
- Familiar with Transfer Pricing Documentation and OECD Guidelines
- Holding Brevet C is strongly preferred (Brevet A & B also desirable)
- Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
- Proficient in using tax-related software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to be placed in Cilegon
- This job is contract based
