Our goal goes beyond managing rooms, we’re crafting a brand experience that investors want to be part of, and guests remember long after their stay.

Your Role

We’re looking for an AI Creative Director, a creative pioneer who can shape CK Suites’ identity through storytelling, design, and content creation. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you’ll build the brand from the ground up: crafting narratives, producing visual content, and leveraging AI tools to make CK Suites stand out in the luxury hospitality landscape. Think of it as the next-generation hospitality brand, powered by storytelling, design, and AI creativity.

What You’ll Do

🎥 Content Creation & Branding

• Produce visually captivating, emotionally driven content (photos and videos) to elevate CK Suites’ image and attract both guests and investors.
• Manage the end-to-end creative process, from concept, script, and visuals to final output across social media, digital platforms, and brand campaigns.
• Establish a consistent brand voice and visual identity that reflects sophistication, warmth, and imagination.

💡 Narrative & Storytelling

• Build the CK brand story, the narrative heart of CK Suites representing dreams, family, and the meaning behind Beyond Hospitality.
• Create the CK Universe Bible, connecting every suite and project through cohesive storytelling, themes, and emotional depth.
• Transform spaces and experiences into living stories, making every stay feel part of a greater narrative.

🧠 AI-Powered Creativity

• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Suno, etc.) to design, ideate, and scale creative assets efficiently.
• Build the foundation for AI-assisted design systems, including prompt libraries, tone guides, and branded templates.
• Experiment with adaptive storytelling, content that evolves by season, audience, or location.

🤝 Investor-Focused Brand Building

• Create stunning brand and campaign materials that attract investor interest and confidence.
• Work closely with the owner to design presentation decks, launch campaigns, and virtual tours that showcase CK Suites as a premium, investable hospitality brand.
• Translate brand storytelling into measurable investor engagement.

Who You Are

• A creative hybrid — storyteller, visual designer, and AI creator.
• Deep understanding of branding, design psychology, and emotional storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Suno, CapCut, etc.).
• Proactive in conducting research and benchmarking to understand brand positioning, market trends, and audience needs.
• Independent, visionary, and comfortable being the first creative builder in a new brand.
• Strong sense of taste, strategic thinking, and adaptability to evolving business goals.
