IT Product Manager for Pt. Sumber Solusi Hebat  

PT. Sumber Solusi Hebat is seeking a Junior to Middle IT Product Manager in Jakarta for a Palm Oil project, with an immediate start (ASAP).

The role requires at least two years of experience in digital product management, a relevant bachelor's degree, and a solid grasp of technical systems and agile workflows.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with the User team to identify product opportunities and ideas to create better business models and enable new business opportunities.
• Gather and understand functional and technical requirements for product enhancements and new features.
• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product roadmap items.
• Work closely with the Development team throughout the agile development process.
• Conduct scenario testing in UAT and production environments to ensure conformity with requirements and prevent potential issues.
• Deliver end-user training and support change management programs, including user documentation and training materials.
• Track and analyze key product metrics to assess product success and maintain product performance.
• Identify and analyze platform system issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve development and operational challenges.

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management
• Strong structured thinking, problem-solving skills, and a “get things done” attitude
• Familiar with Digital Product Management
• Basic understanding of coding, databases, and application systems
• Experience in building ERP or SaaS products is a strong plus
• Fluency in English is a plus
