- Monitor daily application performance and ensure systems are running smoothly.
- Handle incidents and service requests by identifying issues, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions.
- Perform data checking, correction, and validation using SQL across various databases.
- Analyze application behavior and assist in reading/logging issues (Oracle/Java logs).
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and other related teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Support users by clarifying issues, gathering requirements, and ensuring proper handover/resolution.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures to support continuous improvement.
- Assist in enhancing system stability by identifying recurring issues and proposing improvements.
- Participate in daily operational routines to ensure application uptime and readiness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory).
- Ability to read and analyze application logs (Oracle/Java) is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work under pressure.
- Highly dedicated and willing to take ownership of daily support activities.
- Immediate joiner / currently unemployed candidates are strongly preferred.
Soft Skills
- Proactive and self-driven.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of responsibility in completing tasks, incidents, and operational support.
