- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Source and attract candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive market mapping and candidate engagement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Track recruitment progress, maintain recruitment databases, and prepare periodic recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities to strengthen company visibility.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and support retention programs when required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry.
- Proven experience recruiting both technical (IT) and non-technical positions.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience conducting CV screening, HR interviews, candidate assessments, and recruitment coordination.
- Familiarity with recruitment reporting, hiring metrics, and talent pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets and timelines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives will be an advantage.
