1. SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Lead

Role Overview: Responsible for the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the Performance & Goals Management module, ensuring alignment between employee performance and organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the configuration of Goal Management (GM) and Performance Management (PM) templates, including 360-degree reviews.

Design complex Route Maps and Rating Scales to fit diverse business appraisal cycles.

Integrate PMGM with other modules like Compensation and Succession Planning.

Manage Continuous Performance Management (CPM) and Calibration sessions.

Hands-on experience with XML configuration (Goal Plans and Performance Templates).

Deep understanding of the Role-Based Permissions (RBP) framework.

Expertise in setting up competencies, behaviors, and job profile builders.

2. SAP SuccessFactors SCDP Lead

Role Overview: Focuses on the "Future of Talent" by leading the Succession Planning and Career Development Programs to build a robust leadership pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Succession Org Charts, Talent Pools, and Nomination Markups.

Configure Career Development Planning (CDP), including Development Goals and Learning integration.

Lead Talent Search and Calibration for succession readiness.

Manage the Mentoring module and Career Worksheet configurations.

Proficiency in Talent Schemes and Matrix Grid Reports (9-Box).

Knowledge of the Intelligent Career Framework (ICF) and Talent Intelligence Hub.

Strong background in data migration for talent history and readiness levels

Minimum 5 years of experience in Lead a team of the following roles :

SAP Successfactors PMGM Lead ,SAP Successfactors SCDP Lead ,SAP Finance & Cash and Lease Mgt Lead, SAP Finance Controlling Lead , SAP Successfactors EC Lead, SAP Successfactors Learning Lead, SAP Successfactors Compensation Lead
