- Develop and execute regional distribution strategies aligned with sales and marketing objectives
- Manage and monitor regional distribution performance, including coverage, outlet productivity, and sales support effectiveness
- Lead and evaluate distributor performance, including target achievement, stock availability, and compliance with company standards
- Identify distribution gaps, market opportunities, and competitor activities to improve route-to-market execution
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure distribution effectiveness supports sales target achievement
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely delivery
- Prepare and present regional performance reports, including sales trends, coverage analysis, and action plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key customers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all distribution activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and industry regulations
- Lead, coach, and develop the regional distribution team to improve execution quality and performance
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Distribution Management, Sales Management, or similar roles within FMCG / beverage industries
- Strong understanding of distribution networks, route-to-market, and regional market dynamics
- Proven ability to manage distributors and drive commercial performance
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
- Able to work effectively in a team and collaborate cross-functionally
- Willing to travel within the assigned region
