Apps Tech Specialist (ATS)  

PT Pasifik Cipta Mandiri (PCMan) is looking for an Apps Tech Specialist (ATS) who is passionate about application implementation, digital learning platforms, automation, and AI-based solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting software solutions for both internal and client needs.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams such as System Engineers, Developers, PMO, and Project Managers to deliver integrated IT solutions, including Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power BI, LMS platforms (Moodle/Open edX), and emerging AI solutions. This role requires strong technical understanding, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset to support digital transformation initiatives across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain application-based solutions for internal and client projects.
• Manage and administer Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions based on business and operational needs.
• Manage, maintain, and support Learning Management Systems (LMS), especially Moodle and Open edX.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting related to application usage, system issues, and digital learning platforms.
• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into suitable technical solutions.
• Customize and support software applications to meet specific client or internal needs.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and integration of AI-based solutions aligned with company and client requirements.
• Support integration between applications and other systems to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, system configuration records, and implementation reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including system engineers, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated with new technologies and continuously improve technical capabilities based on business direction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Good knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience or understanding in LMS administration, especially Moodle.
• Development experience with PHP and Laravel framework.
• Development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap Framework.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications / Plus Points

• Experience in administering or implementing Open edX.
• Understanding of AI Engineer concepts such as Large Language Models (LLM) and tools such as Ollama.
• Familiarity with AI-related solutions or ecosystems from: (Microsoft, Huawei, BytePlus, etc)
• Experience in integrating AI with LMS platforms or business applications.
• Experience in building automation workflows using Power Automate.
• Experience in creating, maintaining, or developing dashboards in Power BI.
• Experience working with LAMP stack is a plus.
• Knowledge of hybrid mobile app frameworks such as Ionic and Cordova is a plus.
• Experience working with Moodle LMS implementation, configuration, or support is a strong advantage.
