Job Description
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with corporate customers, other partners.
- Develop effective understanding of corporate customer needs, and how we may better support them
- Develop Marketing Program based on 7P Analysis
- Manage and grow market segmentation to increase revenue and profitability
- Create Budget for Marketing Purpose
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Medicine, Biomedic, Biology, Pharmacy or relevant fields. Master degree woul be an advantage
- 5+ years experience managing sales, operations, and account
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with partner counter-parts
- Understand consumer behaviors and industry trends (Healthcare)
- Experience in developing and implementing efficient operational processes (ideally in healthcare setting)
- Effective communicator, empathizer, and strong interpersonal skills (e.g. pitching, negotiating, etc.)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa (both verbal and written)
