Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Follow-up Case atau monitoring case, advice case pasien rawat inap dan rawat jalan provider dalam negeri dan luar negeri (overseas).
- Melakukan review dan Analisa setiap pengajuan pengajuan terapi, tindakan atau pemeriksaan dari provider dalam negeri dan luar negeri (overseas).
- Melakukan review dan Analisa untuk setiap perawatan peserta yang dilakukan secara cashless dan reimbursement.
- Melakukan review dan Analisa billing sementara dari provider dalam negeri dan luar negeri (overseas).
- Melakukan daily monitoring untuk semua pasien pre admission, admission sampai dengan discharge.
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan divisi terkait untuk menemuikan problem solving.
- Menginput/memberikan hasil Analisa case kedalam aplikasi system internal.
- Memastikan semua perawatan peserta sesuai TC dan benefit.
- Memastikan kelengkapan berkas perawatan peserta.
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan unit-unit terkait (internal & eksternal) berhubungan dengan kelancaran penjaminan.
- Memastikan proses Penjaminan sesuai SLA dan TAT dari klien.
- Memberikan report dari pekerjaan yang sudah dilakukan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal lulusan Kedokteran (diutamakan memiliki pengalaman Medical Advisor TPA/Asuransi min. 2th).
- Mampu menggunakan Bahasa Inggris dengan baik (aktif verbal & tulisan).
- Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Memiliki kemampuan dasar tentang teori penyakit dan pengobatannya.
