- Achieve sales targets for industrial digital inkjet label machines (units, revenue, and margin).
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, including new market segments and new applications.
- Implement a consultative, solution-based selling approach to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute short- and mid-term sales strategies.
- Manage key accounts, both existing and new, including label converters, flexible packaging companies, and brand owners.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, to closing.
- Conduct product presentations, machine demonstrations, and application discussions.
- Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales, Service, and Application Specialist teams.
- Prepare sales forecasts, manage sales pipelines, and submit periodic sales reports.
- Maintain and update CRM and customer databases in a disciplined manner.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales progress and field-related issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager. Experience in industrial printing, particularly in Label and Flexible Packaging, is highly preferred.
- High work ethic, dynamic, and strong integrity. A proactive “Go-To” and “Can-Do” mindset is essential.
- Strong understanding of Digital Inkjet Technology, Label, and Packaging industries.
- Ability to analyze customer business needs, including ROI and payback period calculations.
- Experienced in preparing professional business proposals and delivering compelling presentations.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A and/or SIM C).
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Target-oriented and results-driven.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
