- Bertanggung jawab terhadap proses instalasi, perbaikan dan maintenance mesin yang terjual ke customer
- Memberikan support kepada customer, baik secara remote ata on-site
- Membantu teknisi lapangan dalam melakukan troubleshoot
- Melakukan pendataan dan komunikasi dengan principal untuk proses claim dan warranty
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan Min. D3
- Memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai teknisi
- Komunikatif
- Mampu melakukan analisa kerusakan mesin dengan akurat
- Memahami mesin Inkjet menjadi nilai tambah
- Mampu bekerja sama dengan rekan satu tim dan lintas tim
