- Bertanggung jawab terhadap pencapaian target penjualan di area yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan setiap Distributor/ Toko/ Konsumen
- Menambah NOO/ Distributor
- Mengontrol tim/ asset di lapangan
- Membuat laporan sales
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 segala jurusan
- Punya pengalaman minimal 3 tahun handle FMCG, khususnya Food Product/ Frozen Food di channel GT
- Terbiasa mengelola grosir dan distributor secara langsung
- Berorientasi pada target dan siap kerja dibawah tekanan
- Dapat membangun tim sales yang solid dan handal serta bekerja pada orientasi target
- Jujur dan pantang menyerah
- Menguasai Area Jawa Barat/ Kalimantan Timur
