Job Description
- Lead business and partnership activities for B2B Initiatives with E-Commerce, Reseller and other entities through online and offline initiatives
- Generate sales for B2C through marketplace or own channel/website by partnering with Marketing and Product team
- Conduct market research on rival products
- Conduct market research on new product trends
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategy
- Responsible for the sales growth target and profitability of the company by preparing sales planning to achieve the goal and proactively creating opportunities, executing, and monitoring the results
- Oversee day to day e-commerce operations and managing relationship with external third parties (New and existing)
- Sales, transactions, and customer profiling analytics to prepare for new sales pipeline, cross selling, growing, and retaining customer
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities, and market trends on a regular basis
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as business development
- Experience in Software industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills.
- Creative, persistent and hardworking
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
