- Design, review, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for the Pig Farm development project.
- Coordinate MEP installation activities with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with engineering specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems before project handover.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions during construction.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of all MEP works.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates.
- Collaborate with Civil, Structural, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer, MEP Specialist, MEP Supervisor, or similar role.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, agribusiness, livestock, commercial building, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, water supply, wastewater treatment, and utility infrastructure.
- Able to read and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit, BIM, or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
- Familiar with testing & commissioning (T&C) processes and MEP quality standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willing to be based full-time in Bali and work at the project site.
