- Mengelola dan mengawasi proses accounting dan financial consolidation Grup.
- Menyiapkan dan mereview laporan keuangan konsolidasi secara akurat dan tepat waktu.
- Melakukan intercompany reconciliation dan elimination.
- Melakukan review dan perhitungan KNP/NCI.
- Memastikan penerapan PSAK/IFRS dalam proses accounting dan consolidation.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Accounting anak perusahaan terkait data dan laporan keuangan.
- Mendukung proses audit dan kebutuhan reporting Management.
- Melakukan review dan improvement terhadap proses dan kontrol accounting.
- Mengawasi dan membimbing tim Accounting Consolidation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal S1 Akuntansi.
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Accounting, khususnya Financial Accounting & Consolidation.
- Memahami PSAK/IFRS dan proses penyusunan laporan keuangan konsolidasi.
- Memahami proses konsolidasi Grup/Anak Perusahaan, termasuk intercompany dan KNP/NCI.
- Pengalaman di KAP menjadi nilai tambah.
- Pengalaman di industri Mining, Heavy Equipment, F&B, Farm, atau industri terkait menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kemampuan analitis, komunikasi, koordinasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
- Teliti, disiplin, terorganisir, berintegritas tinggi, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
