- Bertanggung jawab atas perencanaan, pengelolaan, dan pengawasan seluruh kegiatan operasional farm untuk memastikan pencapaian target produksi secara optimal.
- Menetapkan dan memastikan pencapaian target produksi, kualitas, dan efisiensi farm.
- Mengawasi proses pemeliharaan, feeding, breeding, kesehatan hewan, dan biosecurity.
- Mengelola tim farm serta memastikan manpower bekerja sesuai standar dan target.
- Melakukan monitoring terhadap biaya operasional dan penggunaan resources farm.
- Menganalisis hasil produksi dan melakukan corrective action serta continuous improvement.
- Memastikan seluruh SOP, standar kualitas, dan regulasi perusahaan diterapkan dengan baik.
- Menyusun dan menyampaikan laporan performa farm secara berkala kepada management, disertai analisis dan rekomendasi strategis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Peternakan, Agribisnis, Pertanian, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5–8 tahun dengan pengalaman sebagai Manager.
- Memahami operasional farm, breeding, feeding, kesehatan hewan, biosecurity, dan farm management.
- Mampu mengelola produktivitas, cost, manpower, dan pencapaian KPI farm.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, problem solving, dan decision making yang baik.
- Mampu melakukan analisis data dan membuat improvement untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi.
- Memahami dan mampu memastikan penerapan SOP, K3, dan biosecurity.
- Bersedia bekerja dan ditempatkan di site farm.
