Product Owner  

Junior Product Owner:

• Create data items that are needed in the business process in UI/UX and solve simple CR.
• Analyze root causes and resolution for any problem.
• Review resolution for incidents and problems to ensure the resolution are appropriate, comprehensive, and feasible.
• Conduct incident and service request management, problem management, change management, release, deployment, and service improvement as assigned.

Senior Product Owner:

• Requirement Gathering and Backlog Management
• Translate high-level business requirements into user stories, enablers, and acceptance criteria to ensure backlog readiness for execution.
• Manage and prioritize the Team Backlog to align with business and customer needs.
• Focuses on delivering value in each iteration, using metrics to track progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Stakeholder and Team Collaboration
• Engages with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into the backlog for continuous improvement
• Works closely with the Product team to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Currently we're hiring for 2 level of position, Junior Product Owner & Senior Product Owner.

Junior Product Owner:

• Placement at Pulomas Office (Jakarta)
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field from reputable universities
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role
• Have experience in connected car industry is highly preferable
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall development environments
• Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Software Testing, or UAT activities is required
• Proven experience in managing product backlog, defining user stories, and prioritizing features based on business value
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and functional specifications
• Experience in stakeholder management, including collaboration with business, engineering, and QA teams
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency (written and oral)
• Basic SQL knowledge or data querying skills

Senior Product Owner:

• Placement at the Pulomas office
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or Science from a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Extensive experience with SQL for data analysis and decision making
• Strong background in IT project management and business process improvement
• Solid understanding of the IT services market; experience with automotive business processes is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
