- Mendesain dan mengembangkan aplikasi internal berbasis web

Founded in 2005 by Ir. Djaja Roeslim, an industry veteran and two-time former Chairman of REI (Real Estate Indonesia) for Batam, PT. Trias Jaya Propertindo is a property developer based in Batam Center.
Observing the low supply of proper quality homes available on the island at that time, Trias was established to address the need for quality homes for consumers around the island. Our first project, BSI Residences, was entirely sold out in a relatively short time, with our subsequent projects rolling out quite quickly following that success.
