- Mensupervisi fungsi administrasi dan fasilitas perusahaan, termasuk inventaris, pemeliharaan, dan koordinasi layanan kebersihan.
- Melakukan maintenance dan perbaikan atas kendaraan dan bangunan secara terjadwal.
- Menangani perizinan dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi yang berlaku.
- Mengatur layanan keamanan dan keselamatan kantor.
- Memimpin tim GA untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal lulusan D3 Administrasi Bisnis atau setingkat.
- Memiliki pengalaman 3 tahun di bidang General Affairs.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengelolaan dan manajemen operasional kantor serta fasilitas pabrik.
- Mampu mengelola anggaran dan perencanaan operasional.
- Memahami peraturan perizinan dan keamanan kantor.
