Junior Workspace Account Manager Job Summary

Junior Workspace Account Manager acts as the first point of contact with existing customers, answering their queries and increasing client satisfaction.

They provide ongoing sales support to existing customers, help identify new sales leads, and collaborate with sales teams to develop sales plans and pricing schemes.

Must be able to provide effective solutions and work toward achieving goals. Must be able to utilize communication skills to identify and address clients’ needs while representing our company in a positive way.

Junior Workspace Account Manager Duties and responsibilities

• Gathering information on assigned clients
• Providing ongoing account support to existing customers assigned by the sales team.
• Informing new and existing customers of promotions, upgraded product lines, and offers.
• Notifying customers of unforeseen complications and facilitating suitable interventions.
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify new sales leads and develop sales plans.
• Giving required reports to the sales manager.
• Documenting processes and maintaining sales department records.
• Gathering information on assigned clients
• Contacting clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan
• Providing after-sales support to retain customers
• Giving accurate information to customers and ensuring that they are satisfied

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or similar.
• Experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant sales role
• Knowledge in Google Workspace tools like Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, and more is an advantage
• Having strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Professionalism at its highest
