- Collaborate with business users to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured IT requirements (functional and non functional).
- Work closely with developers, QA, and technical teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
- Assist in solution design and system enhancements based on business requirements.
- Help identify gaps between current systems and desired business processes.
- Participate in testing activities (e.g., creating test cases, supporting UAT).
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather input and feedback.
- Support project managers in delivering IT initiatives on time and within scope.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Prior experience working on banking projects, especially in Treasury or Loan domains, is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of business process modeling and IT systems.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), especially in Agile or Waterfall environments.
- Strong knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
