- Own end-to-end execution of events, be it internal, external, virtual, or hybrid.
- Develop plans, timelines, briefs, and manage vendors.
- Strictly work within forecasted budget.
- Look out for out of the box concepts.
- Produce captivating and non-conventional content.
- Create presentations and decks. Take event and day to day photos/videos both for social media and corporate content.
- Ensure all experiences reinforce the brand’s core messaging, voice, and narrative.
- Identify opportunities.
- Act as primary point of contact between Marketing and Corporate Communications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Three to five (3-5) years experience in Corporate Events, Experiential Communications, or Content-led Communications.
- Experience in managing budgets and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strength in managing vendors and production partners.
- Corporate Communications, PR, or Marketing background.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in design, content creation, and digital communications.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Resourceful, calm, and effective under pressure.
- Proactive risk identification and contingency planning.
- Detail oriented with a strong follow through.
