Job Description
- Plans and direcrt hospital personnel program which includes recruitment, trainig, classification, salary and wages determination benefit administration and personnel records keeping.
- Advices the City Govt. Dept. Head III and City Govt. Asst. Dept. Head III for administration and Professional services in the execution of such duties as the CSC may require in connection with examination, investigations, appointments and promotion and other personnel matters and in the development formulation and execution of policies, regulations and orders in all areas of personnel management in accordance with CSC Law and rules.
- Plans and formulates policies pertaining to personnel management and evaluates existing program and recommends modification to meet changing personnel needs. Orients and briefs new employees on CSC rules and regulations before turning them over to their respective place of assignment.
- Plans and formulates a comprehensive and balanced personnel management program designate to issue the level of employees efficiency and effectiveness and morale.
- Advises management on matters involving employee relation and morale.
- Advices employees and supervisors on problems involving human relations and encourages employees participation in work improvement, arranges adequate health services and recreational and other activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
- 4 years of supervisory/management experience
- 40 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention
- Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility
- Very Satisfactory (VS) in the last performance rating period
