Medical Specialist II "Psychiatry Department"  

• To provide expert guidance and judgement in the diagnosis and treatment of Medical patients in the Ward and Outpatient Department (OPD) of the Department of Psychiatry;
• To provide consultative services in the examination, diagnosis and treatment of complicated, very difficult and extraordinary cases in their respective field of specialization: Psychiatrist;
• To facilitate and implement the Training Program of the Department of Surgery to upgrade knowledge and skills of a) Residency Training Program, b) Post-graduate Intern Training, c) Undergraduate Medical Program;
• To supervise the Residents, Post-Graduate interns and undergraduate Medical Students in the Medical/Surgical Programs of the Department of Psychiatry;
• To be able to coordinate with other Consultants of other Departments and give and/or accept referrals to/from them, in order to maximize the Health Services being provided by the Hospital;
• To coordinate with other Hospitals, Institutions and other Health Related Agencies as needed;
• Perform other functions assigned by higher authorities not expressly stipulated herewith upon mutual consideration of the needs of emerging situations;

• Doctor of Medicine;
• Must be a Diplomate or Fellow;
• 1 year of relevant experience;
• 4 hours of relevant training;
• R.A. 1080 (Physician);
• Placement - Pscyhiatry Department

• Addressed to Josephine B. Sabando, MD, RN, FPBA, MHA, City Department Head III ( Medical Center Chief II), Quezon City General Hospital;
• PDS (Personal Data Sheet CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• PRC License;
• Certificate of training/seminars attended (If applicable);
• Performance Rating for the last period;
