Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager

Role Purpose

The Account Manager (AM) serves as the day-to-day contact between clients and the agency. The AM ensures the campaigns are executed seamlessly across ATL, BTL, and Digital channels while maintaining client satisfaction, project profitability, and internal alignment.

This role requires a balance project management, client servicing, and cross functional collaboration to deliver campaigns that meet client objectives and uphold the agencys creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Serves as the the primary daily contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers and marketing teams
  • Understand client needs and translate them into actionable briefs for the agency
  • Ensure client expectations are managed effectively and deliverables meet agreed standards

2. Campaign and Project Execution

  • Manage day-to-day execution of ATL, BTL, and Digital campaigns
  • Write and deliver clear and concise briefs to Creative, Digital, Strategy and Production teams
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets; escalates risks when needed
  • Work with project/traffic managers to keep campaigns on track.
  • Ensures seamless integration across all touchpoints - from TV, radio, print, OOH to activations, events and digital platforms

3. Financial Management

  • Prepare cost estimates and ensures approvals are obtained
  • Monitor project profitablity in coordination with Finance
  • Track billing and collections for assigned projects
  • Support the Senior Account Manager/Director in revenue forecasting

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Partner with Creative and Strategy to deliver impactful solutions
  • Work with Digital teams to ensure campaigns leverage performance and platform best practices
  • Coordinate with Production/Procurement for BTL activations and third-party vendor requirements
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely billing and accurate reporting

5. Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver regular status reports to clients and internal leadership
  • Track KPIs and campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Support quaarterly business reviews with data, case studies, and success metrics

6. Team Support and Development

  • Mentor Account Executives and support their growth
  • Collaborate with peers to share best practices in client servicing
  • Provide feedback upward on account challenges and opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications
  • 3-5 years of account servicing experience in an advertising or creative agency
  • Solid understanding of ATL (TV, radio, OOH, print), BTL (events, activations, promos), and Digital marketing
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Workamjig, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of media and digital performance metrics is a plus
