Club & Community Manager  

The Club & Community Manager oversees the daily operations of the wellness studio while serving as the primary driver of community engagement, member satisfaction, and experiential programming. This leader manages staff performance, ensures the delivery of luxury-level guest experiences, and brings the brand to life through events, partnerships, and curated wellness activations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational & Team Leadership
Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including staffing, scheduling, and team development.

• Ensure flawless execution of service delivery, safety standards, and overall club ambiance.
• Manage KPIs related to revenue, membership growth, retention, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  
  2. Community Building & Member Experience
• Build strong relationships with members to foster loyalty, personalized care, and community culture.
• Implement initiatives that improve member engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  
  3. Brand Collaborations & Partnerships
• Identify and establish collaborations with wellness, beauty, fitness, and lifestyle brands aligned with the studio’s ethos.
• Manage planning and execution of product launches, brand activations, pop-ups, and co-branded experiences inside the club.
• Oversee partnership logistics including vendor communications, scheduling, space allocation, licenses/permissions, and KPIs for event success.
  
  4. Class Programming & Special Experiences
• Develop the group class schedule including breathwork, sound therapy, mobility, recovery classes, workshops, and specialty sessions.
• Recruit, onboard, and coordinate with instructors to ensure programming variety, quality, and alignment with wellness trends.
• Manage bookings, attendance, and class feedback to continually refine offerings.
• Lead production of special community classes, themed experiences, and seasonal wellness events.
  
  5. Studio Events & Community Activations
• Conceptualize and execute in-house workshops, member socials, wellness talks, expert sessions, and other special events.
• Collaborate with marketing on content creation, promotions, and outreach for events and collaborations.
• Track event performance, foot traffic, member satisfaction, and business impact.
  
  6. Operational Excellence & Brand Standards
• Maintain a pristine, spa-like environment that meets luxury wellness standards.
• Ensure all brand touchpoints—from service flow to visual merchandising—reflect the studio identity.
• Oversee inventory, equipment needs, and facility upkeep in coordination with the operations team.

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality, wellness studio management, luxury fitness, or boutique hotel operations.
• Experience producing events, brand activations, or wellness programming preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Deep passion for wellness, community building, and experiential brand environments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role requiring creativity, organization, and strategic thinking.
