Job Description
- Collects daily scheduled receivables in the given area; makes deposits where required.
- Assists department in following up clients due for collection
- Deliver hand-carried invoices on special occasions or to areas that are out of coverage area of couriers.
- Delivers SOA, copies of contracts, client giveaways, etc.
- Helps in filing invoices,
- Assists in following-up collection through phones.
- Provides assistance during inventory of parts and machines.
- Communicates client concerns to appropriate departments within the company.
- Assists other collectors in cases of absences or to speed up collection processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic knowledge in computing taxes (VAT, withholding tax)
- Basic knowledge of Ricoh machines
- Basic trouble shooting (paper misfeed, toner-related problems, copy qualities)
- Knowledge of Metro Manila and of area assigned
- Special Skills Required – Motorcycle driving skills with valid license
