Job Description
Responsible for the overall management of all HR - related activities of assigned Business Unit(s) (BUs) such as Talent Acquisition, Placement, Manpower Planning and Development, Employee Movements, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Training, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations.
- Talent Acquisition
- Interviews applicant for Supervisory and Management positions
- Prepares employee contracts and agreements, etc.
- Manpower Planning
- Monitors and controls manpower headcount of the Business Unit (BU)
- Ensures that all employees are hired within the approved manpower budget
- Talent Management
- Implements performance management system for assigned BU.
- Identifies and prepares development plans for the key and high potential employees.
- Employee and Labor Relations
- Ensures regular execution of employee activities in order to motivate employees.
- Ensures complete compliance with the DOLE requirements.
- Acts as the primary point of person for employee discipline concerns and ensures that employee discipline procedure is always adhered by communicating HR policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Conducts benchmarking with competitors and industry compensation and benefits standards.
- Cascades benefit information and processes to employees.
- Oversees attendance management and processes of the BU.
- HR Information Management
- Maintains the Human Resource Information System.
- Monitors timely update and ensure accurate input of employee records such as personal details, position, salary, training, and others.
- Learning and Organizational Development
- Prepares, implements, and monitors annual training and training targets.
- Ensures accurate changes in the organizational structure.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Studies/Management, Behavioral Science or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of Managerial experience in Human Resources in Retail Industry (preferred) or in related field
- Possess excellent leadership, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Must be willing to work in Libis, Quezon City
