- Oversee daily operational activities at the Center
- Achieve sales targets and drive Center growth
- Manage the team, evaluate performance, provide coaching, and build a positive workplace culture
- Prepare accurate reports on Center performance, finances, class activities, and marketing initiatives
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with members
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

2–3 years of experience in a similar role (preffered experience in education industry)

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

Sales and persuasion expertise

Proficiency in CRM systems and office software

Willingness to support marketing events on weekends
