Job Description
- Create, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the Marketplace platform
- Introduce, execute and grow various programs that can help Shopee better manage its seller universe
- Lead a team of analysts to prepare regular high quality updates to be shared with senior management
- Coordinate with Shopee’s Category management and relationship management teams to ensure that Seller management programs have high adoption and success rate
- Create, improve and monitor KPIs
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with management consulting, business development, sales or account management,
- Experience in eCommerce is a plus
- Strong data analytics skills
- Currently or previously in a management or leadership position
- A good degree from a well-recognized university
