- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding.
- Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll accuracy, and market competitiveness.
- Design and monitor KPI frameworks, performance appraisals, and career paths.
- Drive culture initiatives, employee engagement, and employer branding programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Implement and optimize HRIS and digital HR processes for efficiency.
- Advise management on organizational development, succession planning, and manpower budgeting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build HR systems, policies, and procedures from the ground up.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with HRIS/ERP systems and data-driven decision making.
