Job Description
- Improving social media admin experience, create engaged audiences and facilitate organic growth
- Respond to audiences querie in a timely and accurate way via chat or comments
- Upload videos as timeline set
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with audience on socmed
- Monitor complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Taking ownership of audience issues and following problems through to resolution
- Resolve audiences conflicts and handle escalation procedures
- Gather audiences feedback and share with our Content, Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate students from all majors (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Fluent in English, both written and speaking is a plus
- Preferably experienced in handling inbound on social media admin platform
- Has experience in the same role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with beauty industry is a plus
- Working knowledge of social media software, databases and tools
- Willing to work from office (Office located in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta)
- Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
- Strong communication skill
- Can join ASAP
