Sr. Marketing Strategist  

Responsibilities

• Define, create, and manage marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels.
• Analyze and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and drive sales traffic.
• Find, create, and manage good content promotion on social media.
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development team.
• Collaborating with KOLs starts from defining the best content promotion trend, and content angle, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven min. 3 years of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing or similar roles.
• Fluent in English is a MUST.
• Have a good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, or Affiliates.
• Experience handling beauty brand promotion on social media is an advantage.
• Passionate in beauty industry. Experience in beauty or consumer goods industry will be preferred.
• Up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Able to do full WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
