The company nurse will be providing healthcare services for SMX Employees, in accordance with the standards of the nursing profession practices, and assists in the implementation of the Company’s Health Programs and Initiatives. Company Nurse will provide administrative support in the implementation of the HR related administrative tasks and coordinate directly to the Cluster Director of Human Resources Department of SMX Manila.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and basic health assessments
- Familiarity with DOLE and occupational health standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to perform dual roles in both nursing and HR support functions
- Team player and can work with minimal supervision
- Flexible and willing to work on-site
