Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and targeted lead generation strategies.
- Negotiate and Close Sales: Drive the sales process with strong negotiation skills, effectively closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, referrals, and sustained growth.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass assigned sales goals and performance metrics.
- Demonstrate Product Expertise: Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients, ensuring effective presentations and informed purchasing decisions.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement tailored sales strategies to maximize opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills
· At least 2 yrs Experience in the relevant industry (aesthetics, Gyne, or Ortho-rehab)
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong presentation and demonstration abilities
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing or any related field
