Job Description
- Analyzing the needs of office facilities
- Analyzing costs for providing and maintaining all facilities and supporting facilities for office activities
- Establish working relationships with facility provider vendors
- Make work procedures for inspection and maintenance of facilities
- Conduct a survey of the level of employee satisfaction with office facilities
- Prepare reports on assets and office expenses for monthly budget meetings
- Handling complaints related to office facilities and infrastructure
Minimum Qualifications
- Maximum Age 30-year-old
- At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required (preferably from Management, Administration, Business Studies)
- Good communication skills
- English skill is a must
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Having good analytical and intrapersonal skills
- Organized and responsive individuals
