Marketing Strategy and Brand Leadership
- Develop annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Define brand positioning,messaging, and architecture
- Set marketing priorities,budgets, and resources
- Lead strategic planning with CEO and leadership team
- Establish brand standards,guildelines and governance
- Track marketing performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure consistent brand experience across all channels
Product Marketing and Service Positioning
- Develop product marketing strategies for training,certifications, and new services
- Build value propositions and product messaging
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Create go-to-market plans for new launches
- Develop product collateral and sales enablement tools
- Work with Operations to turn features into customer benefits
- Monitor product performance and refine positioning
Digital Marketing Operations and Performance
- Oversee digital strategy, set content and editorial direction across website,social media, and online ads.
- Supervise Digital Marketing Associate
- Define SEO/SEM strategy and track performance
- Establish digital analytics and performance metrics
- Review and approve digital campaigns and creative assets
- Ensure digital channels follow brand standards
Marketing Communications and Creative Direction
- Lead creative direction for campaigns and brand materials
- Supervise Marketing Communication Associate
- Review and approve all marketing collateral for accuracy and consistency.
- Manage creative agencies and vendors
- Establish creative standards, templates, and asset management
- Oversee production from concept to final output
Market Intelligence and Strategic Insights
- Conduct market research to identify, track Industry trends,threats and opportunities in the healthcare training and medical education sectors

- Analyze customer feedback and market signals
- Provide insights to support business development and partnerships

Offline Marketing and Community Engagement
- Develop offline marketing and community engagement strategy
- Plan and execute workshops, showcases, and thought-leadership events
- Build partnerships with healthcare communities and associations
- Coordinate conferences and exhibitions
- Design offline activations and engagement campaigns
- Supervise Brand Marketing Associate for event execution
- Track offline performance and ROI
Team Leadership and Marketing Operations
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team
- Set objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations
- Manage budget, forecast expenses, and track ROI
- Build workflows, tools, and operational processes
- Conduct 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
- Strengthen team capabilities through training and mentorship
- Foster a collaborative, values-driven culture
Special Projects Management
- Lead CEO-driven strategic and special projects
- Support initiatives such as rebranding and market entry
- Manage ad-hoc priorities and crisis communications
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing programs
- Develop marketing components for partnerships
- Execute pilot programs and test new approaches
- Document outcomes and scale successful initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 6–8 years of marketing experience — having 3+ years in a managerial or strategic leadership role is a strong plus.
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies (digital & offline).
- Strong background in brand marketing, community development, product marketing, and go-to-market planning.
- Skilled in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign performance tracking.
- Experienced in leading and mentoring a marketing team and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Candidates from all industries are welcome — experience in the healthcare sector will be considered a plus.
