Key Responsibilities
HR Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the CEO and department leaders (Ops, Growth, Marketing).
- Translate business objectives into effective people strategies, workforce planning, and org design.
- Provide strategic counsel on talent planning, structure optimization, and change management.
- Partner with Ops on instructor workforce planning and capacity management.
- Identify HR and people-related risks, gaps, and opportunities proactively.
- Drive HR initiatives that support scalability, productivity, and sustainable growth.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, operational, and instructor roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Execute sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, and agencies.
- Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and close candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring effectiveness and speed.
Onboarding, Performance & Development
- Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for employees and instructors.
- Implement performance management systems, review cycles, and goal alignment.
- Coach managers on performance discussions, feedback, and development planning.
- Identify learning needs and deliver training programs in leadership, soft skills, and compliance.
- Support succession planning, talent review, and career development initiatives.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee compensation data.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and provide compensation recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations related to wages,benefits,and employment terms.
- Support instructor compensation structures and payment coordination with Operations.
Employee Relations, Engagement & Compliance
- Build a positive employee experience and strong organizational culture.
- Handle employee relations cases,grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct engagement surveys,analyze insights,and drive action plans.
- Ensure HR compliance with Indonesian labor law, employment contracts, and policies.
HR Operations & HRGA
- Oversee HRIS, employee data management, and HR reporting.
- Manage HR administration including contracts, leave, attendance, and employee records
- Handle HRGA scope such as office administration, facilities management, asset control, and vendor coordination
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace environment
Special Projects
- Lead strategic HR and HRGA initiatives assigned by leadership
- Support business expansion, organizational changes, and cross-functional projects
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partner, HRGA or HR Generalist roles.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across corporate and operational roles.
- Solid background in onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Good knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll, and Indonesian labor law.
- Strong employee relations, conflict management, and engagement capabilities.
- Experience managing HRIS, HR operations, and policy implementation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead HR projects, support organizational changes, and improve HR processes.
- Experience in fast-paced or growing environments is preferred; healthcare or education is a plus.
