Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:
- Supervises and coordinates the implementation of project and programs of the office;
- Prepares legal studies on queries propounded by various offices;
- Conducts investigation of and evaluates administrative cases upon instruction from superior;
- Attends hearings and recommends decisions on administrative cases;
- Undertakes the interpretations of laws, orders, rules and regulations including legal documents;
- Performs research works on various legislative bills and proposals that may affect TESDA’s programs and projects;
- Reviews contracts, legal forms and other related documents and recommends its approval; and
- Performs other related functions.
Minimum Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education - Bachelor of Laws
- Experience - 2 years of relevant experience
- Training - 8 hours of relevant training
- Eligibility - RA 1080 (Bar Passer)
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good in oral and written communications
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
- Good moral character and work ethics
- Can work under pressure
