We are a growing landscaping company focused on servicing HOA communities and property managers with recurring maintenance packages. We are expanding and looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to help us grow long-term contract accounts.
Role Overview
This role combines outbound sales, lead generation, and client communication. You will be responsible for identifying property managers and HOA communities, presenting our seasonal service packages, and closing recurring contracts.
This is a performance-focused role with recurring bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Cold calling HOA communities and property managers
Following up with warm leads
Researching property management companies
Sending outreach emails
Using tools like LeadScout and TextFree
Booking appointments and closing service packages
Client Communication
Answering inbound calls
Responding to customer questions
Explaining seasonal promotional offers
Maintaining professional follow-up communication
Administrative
Scheduling estimates and appointments
Updating CRM or tracking sheets
Reporting daily activity and weekly results

Sales Goals
Minimum 50 outbound calls per day
Contact 1+ property managers per day
Close at least 2 annual plans a month
Close at least 10+ single service a month.
Focus on selling full-year maintenance contracts

Compensation
Recurring Bonus Structure:
Bonus repeats monthly as long as client stays active
Example:
Bonus continues as long as contracts remain active
High performers can significantly increase income through recurring commissions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Clear English a must
- Prior sales history will be prioritized
- Must be able to work during US working hours
