Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable server-side applications using Node.js.
- Take project requirements and map them to technical design
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Implement secure and data protection practices, ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Work with databases (SQL) to design and implement data models and perform CRUD operations.
- Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure modern, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Solid experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or similar.
- Solid grasp of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture in Node.js.
- Experienced in RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of security protocols and data protection measures.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
