Job Description
- Lead creative strategy and development of all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent brand across channels.
- Developing creative ideas & concepts for organic and paid digital campaign
- Responsible for creating online (social media & website), offline (store branding, program, event) , and integrated ad campaigns for brands from various product categories
- Responsible for developing Manuva brand image & communication in the Indonesia market
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer, Copy Writer (creative team) through production, to enable the creation of assets (collaterals) that serve our business, brand, and customer experience goals
- Responsible to manage the KOL to develop the brand image
- Develops and support the implementation of the annual brand plan
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate the brand performance and gather customer feedback market
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or degree in Marketing / Design Communication Visual or similar subject
- Min. 1 -3 years of experience in brand Communications & marketing
- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
- Hustler, ambitious, structured/creative, self-starter
- Great interest in the Retail industry, trends, and digital developments
- Ability to communicate in professional English and Bahasa
- Have the Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Willing to work in a hybrid working (Not Remote)
